Select the dates you are interested in the “buscador” and you will obtain a list with the apartments that are available or choose the apartment that better suits your needs and then choose the required days. .

Once you have checked the availability of the choosen apartment, you will find another screen: ”RESERVATION DETAILS” where the apartment characteristics, dates and amount of money, etc. will be shown. From this screen you will also choose the “adittional services” needed.

Following the reservation process will start.
1° - You need to fill in a form with your personal data and click “siguiente”.
2° - Verify that all the details are correct, read and accept our terms and conditions, and click “Proceder 3° - A window will appear with safe connection to the bank in order ”.
3° - to make effective, the reservation payment. You have to introduce the credit card data and authenticate with your pin to make the reservation effective.

Once the payment is made your reservation will be confirmed. You will also receive an e-mail with all the details concerning the reservation. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact us at the following info@desigmiami.com
Once you arrive in Miami, please phone us 30 minutes before in order to better coordinate the check-in into the apartments. You will have to pay by cash the rest of the total amount of the rental as well as the refundable deposit.

Two days before your arrival you will need to inform the contact person to let her/him know your arrival time. Check out time is to be done before 11:00. Check outs before 9:00am and check in after 7pm may have an additonal cost of 30 USD.
